- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the veggies to the bowl and toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Place the chicken and veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
