  • 300 grams chicken ham
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  2. In a pot, combine chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.
  3. Gradually add whole wheat flour, stirring constantly until a dough forms.
  4. Let the dough cool slightly, then roll it into small balls.
  5. Fill each ball with the mixture of chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham, shaping them into coxinha forms.
  6. Dip each coxinha in beaten egg, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
