- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1 cup low-fat shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, low fat
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, turkey bacon, broccoli, rice, cheese, soup, milk, and spices.
- Mix until well combined and spread into a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and the top is golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes.
- Make ahead and refrigerate overnight.
