- 1 pound pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, pineapple, bell pepper, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
