- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, celery, and red onion to the bowl and mix well.
- Stir in sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more mayonnaise as desired.
- This salad can be made a day in advance to enhance the flavors.
