- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, diced ham, and turkey bacon.
- In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then pour over the potato mixture.
- Layer half of the potato mixture in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, add the remaining cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Let the dish sit for a few minutes before serving to allow it to set.
- For an extra cheesy flavor, feel free to mix in other types of cheese.
