  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, diced ham, and turkey bacon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then pour over the potato mixture.
  4. Layer half of the potato mixture in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, add the remaining cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Let the dish sit for a few minutes before serving to allow it to set.
  • For an extra cheesy flavor, feel free to mix in other types of cheese.
