Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- For extra decoration, consider adding red gel icing to simulate blood dripping from the cupcakes.
- Use a piping bag to create spooky swirl patterns with frosting on top.
