- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- ½ teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and beef broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Add broccoli florets and cook until tender.
- Mix cornstarch and water, add to pan to thicken sauce, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil.
Notes
- Serve with rice for a complete meal.
- Feel free to add other vegetables such as bell peppers or carrots.
