Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture inside the fish.
- Stuff the fish with lemon slices and thyme.
- Place the fish on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with additional thyme before serving.
