Ingredients

- 2 slices halloumi cheese
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil.
- Spread garlic powder on the un-oiled side.
- Place halloumi between the slices of bread, oiled sides out.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Experiment with adding tomatoes or spinach for extra flavor.
