Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine green beans, diced potatoes, turkey bacon, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and transfer to a casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit turkey bacon.
  • Can be prepared a day in advance and baked before serving.
