- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine green beans, diced potatoes, turkey bacon, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and transfer to a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For a vegetarian option, omit turkey bacon.
- Can be prepared a day in advance and baked before serving.
