Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and applesauce.
- Add the baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then mix well.
- Gradually add the whole wheat flour and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the muffin batter into a lined muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool before serving.
Notes
- For an extra burst of flavor, add lemon zest to the batter.
- Make sure not to overmix the batter to keep the muffins fluffy.
