- 200g noodles
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat chili oil over medium heat and add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Stir in green onions and cilantro, mixing well.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious noodles!

- Add more chili oil for extra heat!
- For a vegetarian option, substitute soy sauce with tamari.
