Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, brown the cubed beef on all sides.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika, cooking for a minute.
  5. Add the beef broth, carrots, and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 1.5 hours until beef is tender.
  7. Stir in the crispy turkey bacon before serving.
