Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the sweet potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
