- 2 pounds baby potatoes

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts and baby potatoes in the crockpot.
- Melt butter and mix with Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan, if desired.

- For extra flavor, add some herbs like rosemary or thyme.
- You can also include other vegetables such as carrots or green beans.
