- 4 chicken thighs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken and potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat them with the mixture.
- Arrange the chicken and potatoes in a baking dish, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

- You can substitute chicken thighs with breasts if preferred.
