Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Add chicken thighs and baby potatoes to the bowl, tossing to coat.
- Transfer the chicken and potatoes to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
