Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in spinach and cherry tomatoes, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Add gnocchi and seasonings, stirring well to combine.
- Cook until gnocchi is heated through and enjoy!
