Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
- When the butter has melted, add the steak bites in a single layer and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
