Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the lobster shells down the middle to expose the meat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then add the minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

- For extra flavor, broil the lobster tails for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
