- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, etc.)
- 1 pound potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
- In another pan, melt the remaining butter, add garlic and herbs, then add the steak bites.
- Cook steak until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Combine steak and potatoes, and serve hot.

- For best flavor, let the steak marinate for at least 30 minutes.
