Instructions

- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture, combining well.

- Fold in the grated zucchini until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once cooled, frost with your favorite frosting.
