Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in the cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Top with a layer of fresh raspberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with extra raspberries.
