Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until smooth.
- Let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Divide the dough into balls and flatten them into circles.
- Bake on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes until puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
