Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and then mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract into the banana mixture and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each muffin cup about ¾ full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
