- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, and French onion soup.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then place them on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese over the chicken, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.

- This dish can easily be adjusted for larger servings by increasing the ingredients proportionally.
- For added flavor, consider using homemade French onion soup.
