Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
  4. Drizzle with Italian dressing, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
