- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Stir in warm water and olive oil until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
- Top the dough with rosemary, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle some sea salt on top before baking.
- Focaccia can be stored in an airtight container.
