- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and add the chicken thighs. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and chili paste, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and add in ramen noodles. Cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and green onions.
- Finally, add the heavy cream and sesame oil, stirring until heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy the fiery flavors!

- Add more chili paste according to your heat preference.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu and use vegetable broth.
