Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried fruits

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, and melted butter into the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. After rising, mix in the dried fruits.
  7. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased bread pan.
  8. Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden.
  10. Allow to cool before slicing.
