- 1 can cinnamon roll dough
- 1 cup eggnog
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut the cinnamon roll dough into quarters and place it in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggnog, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the egg mixture over the dough.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the casserole before serving.
Notes
- Optionally add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
- Serve warm with extra eggnog on the side.
