  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, turmeric, and black salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in the onions, bell peppers, turkey bacon, and cheese.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

  • Make sure to use non-stick cookware for best results.
