Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the turkey carcass in a large pot.
  2. Add water, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaves, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 4-6 hours.
  5. Strain the stock and discard solids.
  6. Cool the stock before storing.
