Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp and lime juice. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Mix in the cucumber, red onion, jalapeño, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Season with salt to taste and serve chilled.

- For a spicier ceviche, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
