Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, warm water, yeast, salt, olive oil, and sugar.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet and stretch to fit.
- Make dimples in the dough, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a herb flavor, add more rosemary or other herbs.
- This bread is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days.
