Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and butter until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
