Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, green onion, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned.
  5. In a saucepan, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Once meatballs are done, pour sauce over them and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add ginger to the meat mixture.
  • Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
