Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the beef mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately.
