Ingredients

  • 1 onion diced

  • 2 cups lasagna noodles broken into pieces
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
  5. Stir in ricotta and mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Serve hot, topped with chopped turkey bacon.
