- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and herbs; bring to a boil.
- Add lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
- Serve hot with dollops of ricotta and sprinkle with mozzarella.
