- 1 cup rice

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup frozen peas

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, minced garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and arrange them in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine rice, beef broth, and frozen peas, then pour over the meatballs.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for added nutrition.
