- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same pot, add ground turkey, onions, and garlic, cooking until browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, elbow macaroni, and spices. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the macaroni is tender.
- Stir in chicken ham and turkey bacon before serving.
