Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
- Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the steak bites to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned on all sides.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat, add the parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak pieces in garlic and herbs before cooking.
- Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less cream.
