- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add chicken ham and carrot, sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Push the ingredients to one side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble until cooked.
- Add the rice and soy sauce, mixing everything together.
- Stir in the chopped turkey bacon and green onion, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of sesame oil.
- You can substitute any leftover meats or vegetables.
