  • 4 slices turkey bacon

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and carrot, sauté for about 3 minutes.
  4. Push the ingredients to one side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble until cooked.
  5. Add the rice and soy sauce, mixing everything together.
  6. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon and green onion, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of sesame oil.
  • You can substitute any leftover meats or vegetables.
