Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit until foamy.
- Mix in the flour and salt until combined, then add olive oil.
- Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and spread it into a greased baking sheet.
- Let it rest for another 20 minutes, then dimple the surface with your fingers.
- Sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt, then bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with more olive oil before serving.
