Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and stir in Italian seasoning. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add spinach and cooked bacon back to the skillet, stir, and let it wilt.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or almond milk.
- Serve with crusty bread for dipping in the sauce.
