Instructions
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
- Add the shredded chicken and chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer.
- Stir in egg noodles and cook until al dente.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and thyme, cooking until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with crispy turkey bacon before serving.
