- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Mix in baking soda and salt.
- Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
- Finally, stir in the flour and cinnamon until just incorporated.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- For extra flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips.
- Ensure bananas are very ripe for the best sweetness.
