Instructions
- Begin by melting the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
- In another bowl, whip the cream with vanilla extract and salt until soft peaks form.
- Carefully fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the cake batter into a lined cake pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Once set, serve chilled with chocolate shavings on top.

- For a richer flavor, use a higher cocoa percentage chocolate.
